USDB is a membership crypto asset for using facilities and is not an investment product. It does not represent dividends, revenue share, or any interest in or ownership of real estate. Its market price fluctuates; principal and future value are not guaranteed.

Sales
This site does not sell USDB. There are no direct sales to residents of Japan; purchases are made through registered Japanese crypto asset exchange service providers.

Membership NFT
The membership NFT represents a facility usage right and cannot be used to pay for goods or services. It is transferable.

Refund policy
If a facility or service cannot be provided, our policy is to refund members the value of the affected service. Details are set out in the terms.

Operator
Operator: USDB Project (Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo). Corporate name, address and representative will be published before opening as required by the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
